Student discount verified but still paying 9.99 a month

I recieved the text that i got verified as a student, but nothing changed and i was billed 9.99 plus tax at the end of my month of premium, when i retry the SheerID verification it says "You have already redeemed this offer" but im still paying regular price?

Perhaps you have a second account which you have applied the discount to. Try to use this article to find any second account you might have.

Keep in mind that if you got charged around the same day or just a few days before/after you applied to discount to your account, you'll most likely be charged the discounted rate starting the next payment.
