Hulu work on phone but not on laptop

I just called Hulu about the issue and they tell me everything on my account is good with them. But whenever I tried to watch Hulu on my laptop using Chrome or Safari it will bring me to the Hulu bundle offer but when I go my account it shows that the billed is by Spotify. Also earlier today I was able to watch a show on Hulu on both Chrome and Safari. I can watch it on Chrome but everytime I have to log off and log in again or the screen with the bundle appear.

Could you try using a different network connection?

Make sure to be in incognito. Also, try to clear the history and browser cache to see if that helps.

Does it help if you try signing in from here?
