I don not know what is the problem, it is really frustrating. Could somebody help me, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, there is a lot of problem to pay with PayPal somewhere besides America. For example, last time I was in Europe, I had a lot of problems with it. Especially in Eastern Europe. In Poland, for example. Then one of my friends recommended Fondy to me. This service &lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;A href="https://fondy.eu/" target="_self"&gt;accept payments online&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; all over the Europe and this is very good. The stuff PayPal should worry about. But they don't. And that's a big disadvantage of PayPal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
