When I try to watch, listen to, or download JRE I get "this is not available in your area". To be honest I only have Spotify for JRE. If this is going to be permanent I'll be canceling.

Thanks for posting on the Community about this. We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

If you get this error message it's a good idea to check if any firewall or antivirus settings/apps might be blocking the Spotify app. Make sure you're not using VPN as well.

In case you still get the error after trying out these steps, you might need to perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates.
