My podcast stats is not updating

I created a podcast called Greener Future, but after 10 of my friends listen to the end of the episode, the stats on podcaster.spotify.com didn’t update. And it has been like this for 6 hours now.

Hi Jeremy,

I have the same problem. I tried using the date range but it won't allow me to select days after January 18, 2021. I uploaded my podcast on January 17, 2021. It is now the 20th and I can't see my statistics. Please help.

I have the same problem. The article did not help at all. I tried selecting a date range in the statistics but it won't allow me to select days after January 18, 2021. I uploaded my podcast on January 17, 2021. It is now the 20th. Kindly help.

If it's still not possible to select a time after a specific date it's best to get in touch with our team at Support for Podcasters. You can reach out to them at podcasters-support@spotify.com.

Make sure you include the name of your podcast, the link to your RSS feed, and the email address of your Spotify account to get help faster.
