&lt;P&gt;If reinstalling the app didn't do the trick for you it's also a good idea to try a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_self"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; being more thorough in terms of cleaning up cache data.&amp;nbsp;It's also a good idea to test if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another thing you can try is making sure you check&amp;nbsp;your hosts file for entries that need to be removed.       <title>Spotify Pictures Aren't Loading</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;images arent loading in the boxes, just the music note. Sometimes if I shut down my chromebook and then open (and play) Spotify a couple of times, then it shows the pictures. When i finish&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I shut spotify and the next time I open it (sometimes right after I shut it), then it, again, doesn’t show any pictures.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Like I said, I’ve tried restarting Spotify, uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, and a lot more other things and I still can’t figure out this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
