Unplayable Tracks in Saved Album

My Question or Issue

I've saved several artists and several albums under various artists in my library and have enjoyed listening to their tracks over the past year or so.

I find this morning that, on one of the albums, only 2 tracks are playable, out of 14 tracks on the album. The other 12 tracks are listed, but greyed out and my only options with regard to the tracks are to like them or hide them.

How do I fix this and how can I restore the tracks so I can listen to them again?

Keep in mind that the content availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders. That's why some content that was available before, has been removed.
