I am not in private mode and I have logged out and in of all devices. Still no refresh of music in the list. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Make sure you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the Spotify app on your PC as a first step. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the playlist still doesn't change after the clean reinstall, check your hosts file for entries that need to be removed.
