Downloaded list disappeared

My Question or Issue

I download different list on my mobile and suddenly some of the list in downloaded before the new list disappeared, so I can’t increased the number of list or music to download in my mobile, I have enough capacity on my cellphone.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?
