Automatically Unfollowed Someones Playlist

So I was following someone's playlist and it automatically unfollowed, does this mean the persons account was deactivated/scheduled for deletion?

I don't think I had pressed Remove from Your Library but any sort of information helps. Thank you!

I'm not 100% sure what this could mean, but I'm assuming that it was a glitch, or there was a problem with the owner of the playlist. I don't believe anyone has the power to remove a follower, so it was probably just an issue with the app itself. Maybe it didn't save properly. This hasn't happened to me before, but I hope it works out for you!

Can you find the playlist if you search for it? If not then it's most likely that the playlist has been deleted.

As @10tullj mentioned - it's not possible to remove followers from your account at the moment.
