Need help importing from Google Music

I'm trying to import my library from Google Music, which is exported as both mp3's (for my purchased music) and also .csv files for each track I haven't purchased but which was in my library.

The mp3's I uploaded to Spotify by adding a Local Source music folder, but I'd like for it to add the music to My Artists, and it hasn't. I go to the Local Files folder and click play on each track, but I can't click the Artist name, and viewing the My Artists folder shows it's empty.

The .csv files haven't been added at all.

Hey @sthev,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

Note that the way the Artist section of Your Library works, is that it displays ones that you're following. You can bring them up in our catalogue, follow them and they should appear on the list.

As for your other question - keep in mind that .csv files are not supported. You can find detailed information on the requirements for importing local files, as well on the process itself in this Support Article.
