I’ve turned downloading on and off, I’ve connected to my computer via cable, messed with my settings and made sure all the right checks are on, attempted syncing under different networks, etc. In the process, some of my working files are now not working or playing on my device any longer, which makes me not want to reinstall the app. Any help would be appreciated. I’m growing very impatient.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We'd first recommend making sure that the Spotify app is not set to Offline on either device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can also check if there's enough storage space available on your device.&amp;nbsp;For optimum performance, we recommend having at least 1GB free.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
