My 2019 Wrapped doesn't work?

When I click the link from the email, I get the following responses -

Desktop: Launches spotify, displays a page saying "There was a problem displaying this page!"

Mobile (Android): Launches spotify, displays a page where I can click the 'unwrapped' button but it does nothing, or I can go to my unwrapped playlist (which works).

Ideas?

We actually created an Ongoing Issue about something like what you described.

You can check it here and click +VOTE if you feel like it represents what you're experiencing.
