All my playlists are empty

My Question or Issue

Since a few months my playlists are empty. Hence, the lists are still there but everything is gone. The lists are empty on all my devices.

The only playlist that is not infected is the liked songs lists.

Restore deleted playlists does not help since there is nothing there to restore. Morover, the playlists themselves are not gone, only the songs within.

I also had a soundhound play list which was gone at the same moment. In soundhound the account is still coupled, but no songs are added in Spotify anymore. I am not sure if this has anything to do with the fact that my playlists became empty all of a sudden.

What can be wrong?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

Could you run a clean reinstall on your devices to check if that makes a difference? This one is more thorough than the usual one.

It's also a good idea to turn on the Show unavailable songs in playlist option, in case it's turned off.

If nothing changes, could you share with us a screenshot of what you're seeing? We'll look into this further.
