Playlist Forced Name, Bio And Playlist Picture Change

So i have a playlist or did have a playlist called Smokey Nagata and for some reason everytime i press on the playlist the name, bio and picture changes to nothing, its just a blank picture and no name and no bio, im not sure if this is a bug or something but its kinda annoying and when i try and change the playlist picture and name on mobile and pc it just resets to a blank playlist.

The name was literally just called "Smokey Nagata", the bio was just the type of genre of music in the playlist and the picture was just a picture of Smokey Nagata himself with a chick not sure if this is the cause or something but if i can get some help that would be appreciated.
