On mobile, the option to change the status is there, but when I click it private playlists don't become visible in my public playlists. On the windows app on the computer, there isn't even an option anymore. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The &lt;EM&gt;Make private/secret&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;is being renamed to &lt;EM&gt;Add/ Remove from profile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;- it's basically the same functionality under a different label. Are you and your partner able to see that option in the three dot menu of your playlists?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If not, we'd recommend that you&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;log out everywhere&lt;/A&gt; and run a clean reinstall on all your devices, this involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force an account wide resynchronization of your info. You can have a look at &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;this guide&lt;/A&gt; for the steps relevant to each device.&lt;/P&gt;
