My son Alexander Diego passed away over a year ago. I have him on my family plan, but I can’t find him in profiles search. I would like to hear some his saved playlists. I have searched thoroughly.

please help.
thank you

Do you think you can get his password? If not, and if you have access to his email address, you could reset the Spotify password and get the link to the new one.

Let me know if this helps!
