My son Alexander Diego passed away over a year ago. I have him on my family plan, but I can’t find him in profiles search. I would like to hear some his saved playlists. I have searched thoroughly.

please help.

I hope you're doing well.

I guess in this case, the best way to listen to your son's playlists would be signing in his account. Do you think you can get his password? If not, and if you have access to his email address, you could reset the Spotify password and get the link to the new one.
