Part of my playlist disappeared / missing songs

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

In one of my playlist I lost 2/3 of the songs. Almost 40 songs are gone (however I can find them on Spotify).

It concerns all devices I use: mobile app and web browser.

Can I restore them somehow ?

Can you let us know if the playlist those songs were removed from is Private or if it's a Collaborative public playlist?

It's a "Collaborative" playllist. But not sure if public. Don't know how to check it.

Thanks for your reply.

Remember that when a playlist is collaborative anyone who has the link to it will be able to add or remove songs, so most likely someone else removed them.

In this case, you can try reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels to check if they can help you recover the missing songs.
