[Community][Playlists] Organization for Playlists

I think it would be a great idea to allow users to create folders for their playlists. For example, I have many playlists I play in my yoga classes, and having a "Yoga" folder for all my playlists would be excellent. Pairing that with a "Party" or "Relaxing" folder, I could easily organize my playlists into a collapsable format. I don't have too many playlists, but having ~80 playlists is currently becoming a daunting task to shift through them all and I think this would be an excellent function.

Keep in mind that you can already create folders using your desktop app or web player, but they will show on all devices. More details on Playlist folders can be found in this Support Article.
