Make playlist offline

I think we should be able to make playlists while offline, it just makes sense

its annoying that you can't

We've moved your post to this board because this is a feature that already exists.

You should be able to make changes to your library while being offline, and these changes will remain after going back online.

If you're not able to do this from your app, please let us know if you get some kind of error when you try. It could be useful if you send us a video showing what happens while doing the process.
