Empty library

I have at least a dozen playlists but they don't show up in my library, I have to look for them everywhere. I've seriously tried everything but no... I have a new phone, I don't know if this is the reason but what can I do ? I've logged out multiple times, even tried to create new playlists but they disappear as soon as I go to the library. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, are you able to see all your playlists when you log in to your account on a different device?

If so, we'd recommend that you try logging out and then logging back in twice on your phone. We know this sounds odd, but it's how the app forces a cache refresh.

If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

Keep us posted on how it goes.
