I recently had the 6 playlists on my home screen replaced by "Recently Played" and I can only see 3 playlists now. What Im asking for is the ability to pin 6 playlists/songs/podcasts/albums of my choice to the home screen for quick and easy access to all the music I have conveniently saved to my phone.

I think this is a great idea as well, and there’s currently a similar Live Idea for being able to customize the Home screen.

If it’s something that you’re interested in, I would recommend adding your +VOTE to the idea (even though its current status is “Not Right Now”); the more votes an idea gets, the likelier it is that Spotify will implement it, and you can read more about how feedback on ideas reaches Spotify here. It will also be useful for you to Subscribe to the idea by clicking the three dots next to its title; that way, you can be sure to be informed of any relevant updates.

Also, you might already know about the option to pin up to 4 items (playlists, playlist folders, artists, albums, and/or podcasts) to the top of Your Library on the mobile app for easy access. However, in case not, you can read a walkthrough of how to do so here. While the limit is 4 pinned items, if you have the desktop app as well, you could create playlist folders containing multiple playlists and then pin the playlist folders to the top of Your Library on the mobile app.
