Can you please bring back the option to have a totally private playlist. I understand that I can remove playlists from my profile but it's not clear whether someone could still find that playlist if they search the name. A lot of people use Spotify and the playlist function for practical reasons and the playlists exist solely for filing and organising of songs. It's outrageous to me that playlists which were once private, all of a sudden became available on people's profiles for anyone to access.

Hey there @derviemac,

Welcome to the Community!

This is already possible using our mobile app (the setting is not yet available on desktop). You can make a playlist completely private in order to hide it from search and prevent anyone but yourself from accessing it. Here's how:

Open the playlist in question.

Tap on the three dots menu.

Select Make private.

Confirm your choice.

Hope you'll find this helpful - Happy listening 🎶
