Playlist song recommendations depend largely on your music prefences and what is most popular with other users who tend to listen to similar music.

Depending on the content and size of the playlist, you might get fewer recommendations sometimes.

We'd recommend you run a clean reinstall of the app, following this Guide. This will assure that the issue is not caused by any cache-related issues.

Can you clarify if the recommended songs are already inside the playlist or they do not refresh at all?

Just to make sure we cover all bases, could you let us know if you have tried any troubleshooting steps? Such as a clean reinstall, clearing stored cache, trying another connection. This will also help us avoid repeating steps you've already tried.

Also, have you noticed if this happens with certain playlists (bigger playlists, newly created ones, etc)? And are you experiencing the same issue on all devices that you use Spotify on, or just with a specific one?

Feel free to include a video showing how things look from your end, should this issue persist, as this will give us a better view of it as well. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos. Just make sure to not include any personal info.
