Playlist isn't named as on other device and with other songs

My Question or Issue

A few weeks ago I send a link of a playlist to a friend but now he has the german name (Gute Laune Hits by Spotify) of the playlist while I still have the english name (Happy Hits! by Spotify). His operating system is iOS. He also has none of the songs in the playlist that I have and vice versa.

1. What country is given in your friend's Spotify account?
2. What language are you using Spotify in?

3. What language is your friend using Spotify in?

We're both from Germany and both are using german as language.
