Changes in playlist order doesn't work correctly

My Question or Issue

When I want to move a song up in my own playlist, it doesn't scroll up.

It does scroll down.

Using my scroll wheel doesn't work,

Using Page-up doesn't work,

Using up-arrow doesn't work.

Very irritating when I have a playlist with over 100 songs.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
