Why am I being charging twice a month?

Hi,

It seems that I was charged twice a month by spotify. I have only one account. Before March 2019, the payment was normal. From March on, I was being charging 4.99 euros twice each month. I have only one student subscription. You can see that on Dec 2nd, I was charged 9.99 euros. On my spotify web page, it says that the next payment will be on Dec 13th for the amount of 4.99 euros. Can someone pls tell why am I being charging more?

Since you mention you've been paying double, it'd be good for you to check out this support site article.
