[Playlists] Organized Playlists

Allow to organize playlistst into categories. For example, Personal Playlists (playlists I create and continuously maintain and grow). This would allow more organized curation and clean up. Another category could be playlists I just follow, playlists created by verified artists, etc. This would allow a much better organization. Today is a big list of playlists and when you have a lot, it becomes difficult to organize and clean up as your tates evolve or changes.
