The problem I'm having with Spotify is that once you download a song onto your Playlist...They(Spotify) gives you the new version of that song 🎵 you downloaded....without even asking you do you want the new updated version...I wishin they leave the songz you already downloaded the same....I like my old version of my songz.

Please keep in mind that the availability of music on Spotify and the versions of the songs can vary over time and between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and rights holders, such as artists or record labels. That is why sometimes certain content might not be available right away or might receive regular updates.

The app does not download actual music files, but in a way caches the information needed so the content you've selected can be played even without an Internet connection. However the content will always be the one relevant to what's currently been made available in the online Spotify catalog for your region.
