Hi @Lee3447!

We'd recommend checking your playlists across all devices you're currently logged in to see if they're all the same. You can also create a new, test playlist on one of the devices to see if it would appear on the others too. If it does, you can check all apps linked to your account on your Account page and revoke the access of those you don't recognize. We'd also recommend signing out everywhere and changing your password, just in case.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Plan

Free

Country

UK

Device

(Lenovo ideapad 330S-14IKB, iPhone 7, iPad 5th generation)

Operating System

(Windows 10, iOS 14.8.1, iOS 14.6)

My Question or Issue

A few days ago I created a playlist which I could listen to songs from but couldn't see in my library or on my profile, even whilst listening to songs from it and today I was creating new playlists and I realised one of my pre-existing playlists which was present at the start of the day has disappeared. The rest of my playlists are currently still visible and the disappeared playlists don't show up in the recover playlists section. I have deleted and reinstalled spotify on all three of my devices, logged out and back in, and have cleared the cache on my phone and ipad but there were no files to clear in my laptop cache. I'm certain I haven't created a different acount because I remained logged in whilst creating the new playlists when the pre-existing one disappeared. Any help is appreciated, I'm scared I'm going to lose my other playlists too.
