Displaying wrong playlists on profile

My Question or Issue

my profile is displaying the wrong playlists. It's also different for me and my followers (it says I have 6 public, but only 4 are visible to followers). Once I've added a playlist to my profile, it doesn't allow me to remove it even if its private unless I delete it. My MacBook and Spotify are fully updated and I have tried restarting it.
