I thought maybe if I upgraded to Samsung premium it would help. However I have now discovered that while all my playlists are present, there are no songs in them. They have been wiped out and this is really really distressing to me. When I tap on "My Library", the username displayed is my old username from years ago before I changed to my current one. When I tap on it, it does bring me to my current profile and playlists, but all my playlists have 0 minutes on them. I tried to use the restoration tool, but since the playlists themselves weren't deleted it won't help. If someone could please help me restore these playlists I would really really appreciate it.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue on the same device, and I assume that I have the same OS though I don't know what it is. For me, the issue started after a system update, and is isolated to only this device. As stated in the post I'm responding too, all my playlist are visible but are cleared of all the songs I added. Additionally, music will not play on my mobile device, but I can still select songs on it when listening on another device.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
