My Question or Issue

Why are all the playlists I create in SHUFFLE mode when I play them? Even the "MY LIBRARY" playlist. I cannot find ANYWHERE to turn the shuffle off.

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community. Let's take a closer look into this together.

To start with, can you let us know if you're pressing the green play button? If you do, shuffle will start by default, so what we would recommend is that you start a playlist by clicking on a song directly.

If that isn't the case, can you check this article out and follow the steps to turn shuffle off?
