Can you let me know if this issue is occurring on a mobile device?

If so, I would suggest first trying these steps:

Clean reinstall
Restarting the device

If the issue persists after trying these troubleshooting steps, I’d recommend adding your +VOTE to this Ongoing Issue regarding Liked Songs appearing empty on mobile devices. The relevant team is currently looking into this issue.

In addition, I would suggest adding a comment to the Ongoing Issue to provide the team with the following info:

Device + OS version
Exact Spotify version
