&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, do you see your playlists as empty or do you see just a black screen when you try to open them? Is this happening with just one playlist or is it all of them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On another note, we'd like to know, is there an external SD card installed on your device? If so, remove it and &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;reinstall the app&lt;/A&gt; in the internal memory of your device. Make sure to use the app without inserting the SD card again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The hyperlink has the steps to perform a &lt;STRONG&gt;clean (more thorough) reinstall&lt;/STRONG&gt; of the Spotify app on your mobile device. Since you mentioned you already tried reinstalling, we'd like you to follow those steps to check if you notice any difference.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'll be on the lookout for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Playlist doesn't open</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to listen to my Playlist and it shows that it is there but as soon as I want to open it, it just shows a black screen. My Playlist doesn't load. What can I do? I already installed the app again and tried to log out and then in again but nothing works.
