hello. My song has been added to a few playlists but I can’t see them in the playlists themselves? Is there any reason for this?

Could you elaborate further on the issue you're facing? Are you talking about a song you've created or a song from the Spotify catalog you want to add to a playlist? Or a local file you want to add to a playlist?
