View library by artist and not only album or song

I was wondering why you can not view or sort a spotify library by artist? It only seems to allow album, song or playlist. I would just simply like to view my library as artist without the album list if possible?

Hi @jcooperaus!

It's possible to filter Your Library so that only your followed artists are displayed. You should see the Artists tab at the top when you open Your Library - pressing it will show only artists that you follow.

Here's how it looks on the Desktop app.

In case you don't see the tab, please send over a screenshot which shows how things look on your end so we can take a closer look.

Note that if you meant sorting by artists within playlists, this is not possible as the app groups the artist and the track's title together. As an alternative, you can sort by albums instead - this would line up tracks from the same artist together.
