My Question or Issue

I checked my top tracks of the month today and yesterday. It has updated with a number of the songs I listened to yesterday, but the song I played the most (at least 7 times) has not been added, whereas a song I played twice has. Is there a reason this particular song is not showing up on my top tracks? None of the songs I have played from this artist are showing up in my top tracks, and neither is the artist.

Hey @helpmelizlemon,

The contents of lists such as the one you're talking about are automatically generated, based on your listening activity. I do have to mention though that it only counts the songs that you listen to while 'Private Session' is turned off.

Note that some songs may stay in your top lists for longer periods of time. I believe its based on minutes listened and not times listened. It's possible that the listen count hasn't surpassed that of a top track from a previous month, so that's why it's not showing up yet.
