My Question or Issue

I bought an audiobook Babel by R.F. Kuang and Chapter 1 doesn't play. Most other chapters will play normally but there's a few where nothing happens.

In this case, we recommend starting off with a clean reinstall of the app. This is a more thorough process. You can find the steps to do it in this article. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if this is happening on a different mobile device? You can ask for the mobile device of a relative or a friend to open your account and check.

Lastly, is this happening if you change the internet connection you're using? Is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Give it a try and let us know if changing the connection makes any difference.
