DISLIKED ARTIST KEEP APPEARING ON MY RELEASE RADAR

So i have two artists that keep appearing on my release radar playlist every week even tho i dislike them everytime i see their music on the playlist. This been happening for months and it just annoys me and I'm getting fed up with it. I've never followed them nor i've listen to them. can someone please help me.

Make sure that you've also toggled on Don't play this on the artists' respective artist pages. In the meantime, it's worth focusing on listening to the stuff you enjoy and hiding the content you don't want to see in your Made for You playlists.
