Keep songs on "Liked Songs" but don't make it available offline

I am a paid premium user in the US.

iPhone 11

iOS 16

I have a large amount of songs on my "Liked Songs" playlist, but I am running out of storage on my phone. I would like to keep my songs saved to my "Liked Songs" playlist, but do not want them to be downloaded and available offline.

Is there a way to remove offline availability (un-download?) while keeping songs saved to my Liked Songs playlist? Also, can I stop songs from automatically downloading to my phone for offline availability?

As you may know, the download feature works mostly with playlists instead of individual tracks.

So as long as you've downloaded your liked songs, any song that you like will be automatically downloaded.
At the moment, I don't think there's any feature that can allow only certain tracks to be downloaded.

A possible alternative would be to create a playlist for those songs that you could be adding to liked songs so that they don't get downloaded.

There are some other steps you may know on how to reduce memory consumption.

clear app cache
remove podcast downloads if you've already played them.
reduce download quality
