Hii! I never got this solved previously, so I thought i'll get it out of the way and ask here. One of my favorite artist's song is either not available in my country or is not on spotify at all. I have the MP3 of the song I need on spotify, although I could not find it on the service. I was wondering if I could upload the MP3 as a local file and utilise it only for my personal use? I do not plan on making it public, I have no evil intention but to simply enjoy it on Spotify. Any response helps, tyyy!

Hey there, good question!

You are correct, many times the publisher may restrict a region to consume their content. But if you have the track then you can use it on Spotify Apps, you can also add it to your playlists but the catch is it will be available to only your devices/account.
