I'm not really sure why but my download button isn't showing up on any playlists or podcasts. I was wondering if you could help me figure this situation out. Thank You! 😊

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

By saying that you can't see the download button you got us thinking that you might be logged in an account that doesn't have Premium. In order to check that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page. Under Your plan, you should see Premium there. If that's not what you're seeing it means that you're logged in another account.

You can try locating your other account with the steps here. After you did that, make sure to log in in the app using the right credentials.

Note: If you can't remember you log in details - check out this article and follow the steps for resetting.

In case you still don't see the button after you've successfully logged in, it'd be great if you can share with us couple of screenshots as they will be very helpful to our investigation.
