Hi there,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

Sounds like you're trying to play your local files through Spotify. Make sure you've enabled the feature in the app's Settings > Local Files. For the Desktop app, you'll have to select the source folder for your songs, while the mobile app automatically detects them on your device's storage.

Once this has been done, you should see a Local Files folder in Your Library, where you can find all your tracks and add them to your playlists. If you'd like to find out more info about the feature, you can check out this article.

In case you meant something else, feel free to elaborate further so we can get a clear understanding of what you're referring to. A screenshot / short screen recording that captures the app's behavior in action would also be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!
