&lt;P&gt;Let's try a clean reinstall of the app as described &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. This'll solve the issue with the downloads. If it doesn't solve the issue with the Bluetooth headphones, try unpairing and pairing them again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Let us know how that went,&lt;/P&gt;

The earphones &amp;nbsp;are connected to bluetooth and both blue tooth and the earphones continue to function as normal with others apps such as Netflix&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;and Tidal. &amp;nbsp;The Spotify app indicates it id downloading 2500 of 2700 items, although I have been selecting to “like” items rather than attempting to download them in order not to overload the system. &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions? It's possible that they will help in your case.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Shouldn't that do the trick, could you send us some more info on what's happening from your end? Are you able to play music when not connected to Bluetooth headphones?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, does this only happen with a specific device, or with all devices that you use Spotify on?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
