Playlists not completing

the only playlists i have that actually play all the songs in it before going to a similar radio based off the playlist are ones that have less than 100 songs in it. if i hit shuffle on any of my main playlists it only plays about 10% of the songs from it before it either repeats the order of the shuffle or goes to a "radio based off xxxxx playlist".

On another note, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log into their account on your device to check if the issue persists with a different account?
