Recreate Problem

Play a playlist shuffled and skip about 20 songs, after the song is finished it will go back to the first song played then repeat the same ~20 songs again and again

My Question or Issue

while playing Spotify on Xbox, the playlist repeats a small section of playlist infinitely without moving on.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Has the app always been behaving like this or does it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Please send us the details about it.

On another note, is this happening if you change the internet connection you're using? Is this happening over WiFi? Ethernet? Both? If possible, you can create a hotspot from your phone and connect your Xbox to it, to see if you notice any difference. Give it a try and let us know if changing the connection makes any difference.

Lastly, just to confirm, is this happening just when you use Connect to control the app from your phone or does it happen even if you don't use connect?
