Cannot delete playlists on mobile app

Very frustrating have seen this post before with resolution yet not an open top it currently.
Trying to delete playlists from mobile app on iPhone. Have deleted all songs in playlist have followed instructions using three dots to delete playlist. Nothing works.
Have tried logging in and logging out to see if data will update. Did not work either.
This is very frustrating. Please help.

Can you delete playlists on any other device?

Have you tried a clean reinstall?

Thanks. But yikes- redoing all the other playlists just to delete three?
I feel like the “delete playlists” button should just function.

Yeah, that's weird.

When you logged in and out, how many times did you do it? I've heard from some Spotify Stars that you need to do it twice to force a data sync.
