Why won't it play

Okay, so I can't get the song Great Spirits by Tina Turner from the Brother Bear sound track to play on my spotify account. It won't play on my phone (iPhone SE but it hasn't played on older version either) my parents phones when they log into my account (also iPhones) or my laptop (64 bit hp pavillion). It shows it on the album but it is transparent/faded looking, like how songs look when you haven't downloaded them and you're no longer on wifi or data. Except i've tried to download and I'm still on wifi. Tina Turner has other music on Spotify so I doubt it has something to do with her giving rights but I could be wrong. Any ideas what is wrong?

Same thing is happening to me. It even disappeared from some of my playlists.

This does sound like it has been removed from the platform, due to copy rights claims or other issues.

Let us know what country is set on your account and send us a screenshot like @Novy asked for, and we can check backstage if the tracks are indeed taken down from Spotify.

DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER TO THIS SITUATION CAUSE IT SHOWS IT FOR SELECTION ON SPOTIFY BUT IT WON'T PLAY

Thank you for joining the conversation.

This behavior could be caused by different reasons. One of them is if you have the Explicit content filter enabled, explicit songs may display grayed out. So first, we'd recommend checking if the songs are marked with an "E" and turning the filter off to see if it makes any difference.

Also, since this could be market related, it would be great if you could include the link/URI of the affected content, along with a screenshot so we take a better look.

We'll be on the lookout.
