Bug with playing songs

I'm a premium user. I can't click play on any songs in my playlist and when I song starts to play it skips through my playlist to a random song. Then the song will play and shuffle to another random song. Then before the song is over it will skip back to the last song played and just restart the song over and over again without finishing. This is both on Windows 10 and mobile.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

It's possible that the playlist has the Shuffle turned on. In this case, just hit the shuffle button twice until it gets gray. In addition, more info about the new Smart Shuffle function can be found in this thread.

If the above is not the case, it'd be great if you could send us a quick video where we can take a better look at this behavior. This way we can get a better understanding and advise you further.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Thanks for getting back to us.

Are you using the same internet connection on both devices? If yes, is it possible to try a different one? Also, does the same thing happen when using the web player?
